Dr. Jenny Holland is a sacred psychologist, writer, and licensed clinical psychologist with more than twenty years of experience helping individuals navigate the emotional and spiritual questions that shape their lives.
Her work blends deep psychological training with narrative insight, symbolic understanding, and elements of Jewish wisdom traditions. She helps clients explore their stories, relationships, identity, purpose, and inner landscape through an approach that is both grounded and soulful.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Holland has supported people through loneliness, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, chronic pain, identity questions, spiritual crisis, and the desire for a more meaningful, connected life. Her clients value her for her clarity, compassion, and ability to meet them exactly where they are.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Holland writes, teaches, and speaks on sacred psychology, narrative healing, blessing work, and the emotional dimensions of Jewish text and tradition. Her series Torah as Mirror explores how ancient stories reflect modern emotional experience, offering depth and insight to readers from all backgrounds.
She holds degrees from Sonoma State University (Hutchins Program), Meridian University, Brandeis University, and Ryokan College, and has presented for the San Francisco Center for Psychoanalysis, the Jewish Film Festival, and community organizations throughout California.
Today her work focuses on helping adults—millennials through late life—reconnect with their inner wisdom, rediscover meaning, and live with more emotional steadiness and spiritual clarity.
